Saltash Chiropractic Clinic has been awarded the Patient Partnership Quality Mark (PPQM) by the College of Chiropractors for the third time at a ceremony in central London.
The award was initiated in 2006 by the College of Chiropractors to recognise excellence in meeting the expectations patients have about their chiropractic care. The PPQM examines all the systems we have in place to ensure that patient’s receive the highest standards in terms of access, safety, record keeping, confidentiality, communication and patient education. In a nutshell, it means that we do things the right way. Saltash Chiropractic is one of only a few clinics in the South-West that hold this award, so it means a great deal.
It’s gratifying that the College of Chiropractors has recognised the high levels of patient care offered at the clinic and has chosen to select us for the award. Patient satisfaction is our priority and this is reflected in the high number of personal referrals, but this award is the icing on the cake.
Now that the trumpet blowing is over, please let me also say a very big thank you to all our patients. The motivation for all of us has always been to help those in pain and maintain the spinal health of the local community.
